Suggestions
- no eating up to 2 hours before the workshop
- wear comfortable clothes, you will be taking off your shoes

Workshop instructor
Rana Waxman is a Yoga Alliance Teacher and Relaxation Specialist She is also schooled in many healing modalities, and is registered with the Association of Massage therapists of Quebec. Many people also know Rana as the creator and host of Yoga Chez Vous, which aired on videotron VOX, Channel 9. Rana specializes in private, personalized Yoga classes and therapy as well as therapeutic massage, and acu-reflexology. Her insightful approach helps people with anxiety, grief, headaches, pain, stress, pregnancy, psychosomatic and sleep disorders among a few. Rana’s belief is that benefits of YOGA extend beyond strength and flexibility from a physical practice, there is a cultivation of feeling better, thinking better and leading a better life. YOGA is the practical methodology that makes this happen.
